Throughout his career, Geoff has worked closely with nonprofit executives, boards of directors, and leadership teams to improve financial sustainability, strengthen governance, and create data-informed decision-making processes.

His vision for STER Analytics™ emerged from years of firsthand experience seeing leaders overwhelmed by data yet underserved by meaningful executive intelligence. Geoff leads the company's strategic direction, product vision, and organizational growth initiatives.
